Joe Orsak
Joe Orsak became a co-owner of 24 & 7 Security & Investigations over 15 years ago and stepped into an active leadership role as President in 2018 at the passing of his mother Helen Abel. Joe has 30 plus years in business development and is passionate about developing a system-dependent approach to maximize consistent and measurable results. Having trained in several different business coaching systems, Joe is focused on building accountability driven to exceed the client’s expectations.On a personal note, Joe has been married for 25+ years, serves as worship minister for his church, holds two black belts in both Tang Soo Do and Mixed Martial Arts. Joe is also an avid weapons practitioner. Personal security is a part of Joe’s thinking and has been since he was a child.
Jake Hicks: Manager / Weapons Trainer
Jake Hicks, retired Warrant Officer and Former “Green Beret” who served in the U.S. Army for twenty-two years.
Currently trains U.S. and Foreign Special Operations Forces (SOF), Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), and other U.S. Government agencies.
Unconventional Warfare , Foreign Internal Defense, Special Reconnaissance, Direct Action, Counterterrorism and Personal Recovery.

Larry Webb: Field Operations Training Supervisor
In our never ending pursuit of excellence, 24 & 7 Security & Investigations created the new position of Field Operations Training Supervisor. Larry Webb brings his many years of experience as an in the trenches day to day officer, then supervisor, to the task of monitoring all shift activity for every location and identifying underperforming guards/officers for a surprise inspection and training session.
Larry has 7 years experience with 24 & 7 Security & investigations and has worked every post from bars & apartments to personal protection for celebrities. He worked his way up through the ranks to be a solid leader and member of the team.
