Own Transportation: You MUST possess your own vehicle that is in good working order. Dependence on rideshare services is not considered a reliable form of transportation for this role.
Cell Phone Accessibility: Possession of a functional cell phone is imperative. You must also be willing to install job-related apps as necessary.
7 things to know about 24 & 7 Security & Investigations:
Compensation: We pay above industry average and as such, we expect above industry average performance.
Punctuality: We call every guard / officer for every shift 30 minutes prior to shift start to ensure on time arrival.
Performance monitoring: We track all movement and performance via tracking software that monitors GPS location, Tour/Patrol and checkpoint completions. We call anyone who misses Tours/Patrols and/or checkpoints EACH HOUR to find out why they weren’t completed.
Communication: because of the high level of communication, you MUST be responsive to the texts and calls.
Performance review: Performance logs are reviewed daily and performance issues are dealt with on a daily basis.
Performance correction: Supervisors perform inspections on all underperforming guards within 24 hours or next scheduled shift.
